Hotel Story - Sarajevo

The location was perfect, with easy access to city attractions. Sara at reception was super helpful. The room was comfortable and well-kept. Would definitely recommend 🙂

Well, the views were awful here.

The rooms are silent and new-fashioned with a bedroom, plenty space, for instance.

I was mighty impressed with the location, just a stone's throw from the old city centre. The breakfast was grand, served with authentic Bosnian coffee. But the carpets could do with a good clean, I must say. a lovely stay!

Chur, the location was sweet as, easy stroll to everything! But the breakfast could've used fresher choices, and the internet was so patchy. Still, friendly staff was nice.

The fresh brekkie was a solid highlight, with nice variety every morning. Chommies at reception went out of their way to help us. The place keeps a lekker vibe, just a stroll from Bascarsija and bars. Felt comfy and homely!

The hotel's central location was a huge plus, as we easily accessed various local attractions and delicious food options nearby. The breakfast buffet was good, with local cuisine and accommodating our special dietary needs. The staff was genuinely friendly and provided useful local insights.

We encountered some minor cleanliness issues in certain areas of the hotel.

With plenty of space for the kiddos to run around, it was convenient being so close to fun spots and attractions. The staff provided local insights.

My wife says that the shower could have been better designed to keep the floor dry.

The location of Story is excellent, situated near both the old and new city, great for convenient walking access to major attractions. The room I stayed in was spacious with a beautiful book display, and the bathroom was impressively designed with a great shower. The breakfast buffet is a standout feature, with a wide variety of quality options, including fresh fruits and cooked eggs, all included in the room rate. The staff demonstrated amazing attention to detail and hospitality, going above and beyond by providing fresh fruit after a long day of sightseeing.

Some maintenance could be needed in the rooms.

The location was perfect, within walking distance to a cable car station, and the service was absolutely terrific.

This room with three beds has a cool view of the city and comes with a handy electric kettle and fridge. the vibe here is friendly and cozy, giving you a homey feeling 🏨.
